Shipping Policy

Quolume doesn’t sell physical products, so we don’t ship anything and there are no shipping fees. This page explains how you receive what you sign up for.

Meta Ads service

Our Meta Ads service is done online. There’s nothing to deliver to your address.

• After you apply at quolume.com/apply or quolume.com/reapply, we review your application and contact you on the phone number or email you gave if it’s a fit.
• The service starts once we’ve agreed on a start date and you’ve given us access to your Meta ad account.
• We work with you on WhatsApp, email, phone and video calls.

Free resources

When you sign up for one of our free guides, playbooks or kits, we email you a download link. It usually arrives within a few minutes. If it hasn’t arrived after an hour, check your spam or promotions folder, then email us.

Where we serve

We’re based in Malaysia and work mainly with Malaysian businesses. Because everything is online, we can also work with businesses outside Malaysia.
