This policy explains what personal data Quolume collects through quolume.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do with it. It follows Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

Who we are

Quolume is run by Alif and helps SME founders in Malaysia grow their businesses. In this policy, “Quolume”, “we” and “us” mean Quolume. For anything about your personal data, email hello@quolume.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into our forms.

• Discovery call form (quolume.com/discovery-call): your name, email, phone number, industry, monthly revenue, team size, and whether you have a website or landing page.
• Meta Ads application forms (quolume.com/apply and quolume.com/reapply): your first and last name, email, phone number, industry, monthly revenue, team size, whether you run Meta ads now, and whether you have a website or landing page. On quolume.com/reapply, also whether you agree to pay for the ads yourself.
• Newsletter sign-up (quolume.com): your name, email and business stage.
• Free resource sign-ups (quolume.com/free-writing-playbook, quolume.com/free-brand-clarity-kit and quolume.com/free-run-ads-guide): your full name, email, phone number, business stage, whether you want to hear more about working with Quolume, and whether you agree to receive marketing messages.
• Book a call form (quolume.com/consultation): your full name, phone number, email, industry, how many people work for you, and your business stage.

This site doesn’t use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open) to keep the site running and secure.

Why we use it

• To review your application and contact you about it.
• To arrange the call you booked.
• To send you the free resource you asked for.
• To send you the newsletter you signed up for, until you unsubscribe.
• If you said yes to hearing more: to tell you about working with Quolume and when new spots open.
• If you ticked the marketing box: to send you marketing and promotional messages, including offers and updates, on the phone number you gave.
• To keep records and meet our legal obligations.

Do you have to give it?

The fields on our forms are needed to do what you asked. If you leave them out, we can’t review your application or send you the free resource. Agreeing to marketing messages is optional, and saying no doesn’t change anything else.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run Quolume, and only for the purposes above:

• The form and email platform behind marketing.quolume.com, which receives the application forms, the call bookings and the free resource sign-ups, and sends you the resource and any emails you agreed to.
• Hostinger, which hosts this website.
• Messaging services we use to contact you, such as WhatsApp, email and SMS.

We may also disclose personal data when the law requires it.

Transfers outside Malaysia

Some of these providers store data on servers outside Malaysia, for example in the United States. When that happens, we use providers that protect personal data to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

How long we keep it

We keep your personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above. If you withdraw your consent to marketing, we stop sending you marketing messages. When we no longer need your data, we delete it.

How we protect it

This website uses HTTPS, so what you send through our forms is encrypted on the way. Only the people who run Quolume can see your submissions, and our providers keep them on secured systems.

Your rights

Under the PDPA, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct data that’s wrong, incomplete or out of date;
• stop using your data for marketing, at any time;
• withdraw your consent or limit how we use your data.

To stop marketing messages on your phone, reply STOP. For anything else, email hello@quolume.com. We reply to access and correction requests within 21 days.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
