Quolume
Refund Policy
Last updated: 20 October 2026
This policy explains when you can get your money back from Quolume, and how to ask. It covers our Meta Ads service and anything else we sell on quolume.com.
The free 1-week service
The first week of our Meta Ads service is free. You don’t pay us anything for it, so there’s nothing to refund. If you don’t want to continue after the week, just tell us and we stop. You don’t owe us anything.
Ad spend
Money spent on the ads themselves goes to Meta (Facebook and Instagram), not to Quolume.
- During the free week, we pay for the ads, unless you applied through quolume.com/reapply and agreed to pay for them yourself.
- When you pay for the ads, Meta charges your own payment method in your own ad account. We can’t refund those charges. Any refund of ad spend is between you and Meta, under Meta’s own terms.
- We’ll always tell you before we raise your budget, and we’ll switch off ads that aren’t working.
Service fees
After the free week, our service fee is agreed with you in writing before you pay. If you’ve paid a service fee:
- Before we start work: if you cancel before we start work for the period you paid for, you get a full refund.
- After we start work: we don’t refund a period once work on it has started, because the time and work have already gone in. You can cancel at any time so you aren’t charged for the next period.
- If we can’t deliver: if we stop the service early on our side, we refund the unused part of what you paid.
Free resources
Our guides, playbooks and kits on quolume.com are free, so there’s nothing to refund.
How to ask for a refund
Email hello@quolume.com with your name, the email or phone number you used, and what you paid for. We reply within 3 working days. If your refund is approved, we send it back to the payment method you used within 14 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update it on this page and change the date at the top. The policy that applies is the one on this page when you paid.
